Do you LOVE the Southside?

The Southside Community Business Coalition (SCBC) has one primary goal: asking building owners from 10th Street to 26th Street in the Southside Flats of Pittsburgh, PA, to commit to leasing to ONLY pro community businesses.

Examples of pro community businesses are: cafes, clothing shops, breweries, art galleries, artisanal shops, bookstores, coffee shops, restaurants, arcades, small local businesses, salons, professional businesses (dentist, chiropractor, doctor, law firm, etc.), bakeries, grocery stores, hardware store (we love Vogt!), escape rooms, family entertainment, etc.

For existing bar owners (who are a key part of our community) we ask them to commit to RESPONSIBLE operations, that deter and prevent loud noise, over-occupancy, illicit drug use and sales, occurrences of violence, serving alcohol to minors as well as health and fire code violations.
